Do we really need 8 hours of sleep?
Or is this a line of crap?
It’s something I’ve been told my whole life by my parents, teachers, bosses, friends and doctors.
But is it true?
Do we really need 8 hours of sleep?
How do the experts know what is best for me? They don’t know me.

I think eight hours work best for me.
I hate it when experts are right, but that is why they are experts right?
